rickMy passion for the outdoors started as a youth in scouts.  Since then I have lead expeditions on all 7 continents for over almost 25 years.  The Adirondack Mountain Club was a logical and natural organization to be drawn to when I returned to New York state in ’85.  Shortly thereafter I met with Betty Peckham at the McDonalds in Tupper Lake to begin now almost 20 years of leading extended outings.  The following is a short list of professional and recreational experiences.
